Midvale, LLC is an independent AI studio. We build consumer products and do research we believe will matter a decade from now — on the same modest stack, under the same roof.
What we believe

The name
We think we’re pretty gifted. We also miss the ball sometimes. The name is a quiet reminder to keep both of those in mind.
It’s a useful tension. Building AI takes enough confidence to take the work seriously, and enough self-awareness to notice when you’ve been confidently wrong for a while. The industry has plenty of the first. We’d like to be both.
